FELLOWSHIP IN ACOEM
Have you been meaning to apply for Fellowship in ACOEM, but never had the time? ACOEM has just made this process easier for you. The Fellowship application has been modified, with more emphasis now on your Board certification, training, experience, and contributions to the field of OEM.
 
The status of Fellow is the highest classification of membership in ACOEM. Fellowship distinguishes and recognizes members of the College for their training, accomplishments, and experience in occupational medicine. Becoming a Fellow allows you to serve our organization at the highest levels and is a qualification for leadership positions such as council chairs and officers of the Board of Directors.

The new application is posted on the ACOEM web site under Member Center. Return the completed application, a CV and your $150 non‐refundable application fee to ACOEM.  You may also use this form to fax your application fee, using a credit card, to 847‐818‐8347, or mail to ACOEM at:
